UF Student and the Taser!

This is the reason we need to have private security. Public security is increasingly becoming abusive and lacks accountability. Even if you dial 911 in the event of an emergency, you will be screwed by the time they respond.Find your own means of securing yourself and your loved ones. Atleast there wont be a looming fear of being assaulted by a thug who does not have to answer to anyone. I think this taser thing needs debate. these cops just whip it out whenever they want and assault anyone they believe is not co-operating. Its just like charging someone with batons or unleashing dogs back in the old days.

I am just wondering is any trial attorney out their is looking into milking Taser Corp. These people are rolling in Tax Dollars by getting around the market forces of demand and supply and arming the Pigs with these gadgets. I am sure that if there were a poll asking people their opinion on whether Pigs should be armed with tasers, the response would be overwhelmingly against it. Cops love tasers because there is no accountability if they use them but there is a lot of liability attached to using handguns.

Is Rove Really Leaving DC? Keep Dreaming!

As I was watching the various newscasts this week, two pieces of a puzzle kept falling into place again and again as if someone was trying to convey a secret message to all us blogosphere junkies out there. First, Karl Rove leaves the White House for whatever reason. Next, Fred Thompson's campaing people responsd with a smirk when asked about their boss' intentions of ever making his run for the White House. Hmm! are you thinknig what I have been thinking for the past few days?

From past media reports, it has been known that Karl Rove has lent some of his hitmen to the Thompson campaign. So, the Rove machinery is already working unofficially behind the scenes to insurrect a Thompson campaing. Now that Rove will soon be disconnected from the current executive, he will have all the time, reason and motive in the world to put another Neocon in the White House.

Even though I hardly see any difference between all Republican candidates with the exception of Dr. Ron Paul of Texas, the only point of contention among others is whether Gitmo needs to be expanded three-folds or four-folds. All beleive that the government is saving us from the evil terrorists by taking away our very liberties that they claim to be fighting for oversees. All support the troops, but with the exception of Rep. Duncan Hunter whose son is a Marine, have their children well on their way to join the American Aristocracy.

But what differs Thompson from the rest of the field is that he is a product of years of Neocon grooming. While the media may try to distract us by flashing his sexy young wife on the boob-tube, Fred Thompson may be the final installment of the Neocon Trilogy; the first two being the Republicans gaining control over the congress in the 90s and the crowning of a President in the 2000 eletion who has trouble putting together a sentence that does not give fodder to late-night comedians.

While Freddie may have fooled the folks in Tennessee during his Senate campaign by driving around the state in a beat-up pic-up truck, I am watching his campaign very closely. Because, I see fireworks happening when Rove assumes the job of the official or the unofficial campaign manager for the Thompson campaign. This is one campaign to watch out for. I have been weary of it from the day all the neocon hatemongerers with a microphone starting promoting Freddie boy in an unbelievably well-synchronized manner.

We Won! Don "Nappy Headed Ho" will be back on air

Well, I saw it coming. I had originally protested among the minority against Don's firing. I love this crazy old dude! I wish I retain his attitude when I touch 67 as I look for the ED pills on the medicine racks. He He He!

I am unsure if he will be back on all the radio stations any time soon. But, I am sure we can hear him on satellite radio and WABC-AM's website.

I wonder if I would still be getting sumptuous doses of Political Incorrectness.

Attack of the Loony Animal Huggers at PETA and the Humane Society

My defense of Michael Vick

While the world focuses on the casualties of the "War of Terror," I would like to bring to light the plight of another victim of the other propaganda war at home; the war of Animal Huggers against those who dared to cherish the gifts of mother nature. Since last week, a lot of negative press has been focused on Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Michael Vick for his alleged involvement in dogfight and related gambling. While our legal system provides the basic decency of assuming innocence until proven guilty, the Media along with the Animal Huggers has once again assumed the multiple roles of the prosecutor, the judge, the jury and the executioner (remember the Duke LAX lynchings?)

Instead of assuming the responsibility of being an unbiased party to an issue and exploring evidence from all sides and presenting it to its audience, the media in partnership with the Animal Huggers has already tried Michael Vick and has declared him guilty. The punishment as decided by the loonies at PETA and the Humane Society must be the instant sacking of Vick from the NFL along with the cancellation of all corporate contracts. But, is Michael Vick really guilty; and if so is the case, does the law that he supposedly violated, consistent with other federal and constitutional standards? For those whose eyes are already squirting blood as they read this, let me save you the agony by declaring the laws under which Michael Vick has been charged to be federally inconsistent and constitutionally voidable.

During the recent pet-food contaminations, some out-of-work trial attorneys who did have the time and resources to bring forward their multi-million dollar lawsuits/daylight robbery attempts were turned away by the fact that federal law treats pets as personal property and does not attach any value other than what markets would assign them. Even if Michael Vick did indulge in dogfights, he is fully entitled to do so because the dogs were his personal property and those that weren't could be considered as a matter of litigation as long as they were involved in dogfights against their owners’ wishes. As cruel as it may sound, but the truth is those dogs were someone property just like the cows, hogs and chickens that end up on dinner tables and in fast food restaurants. The laws are inconsistent if they consider someone’s exercising of his or her property rights as inhumane and barbaric in one case and legitimate business practice in another.

The other aspect of the allegations against Michael Vick is that of betting on dogfights. Now, since when did gambling become a Federal issuse? From my last check, we were a Republic and not an empire of fifty vassal states who owed their loyalty to a King in the District of Columbia. Gambling is a state issue and not a Federal one. The Federal Government is not authorized by the constitution to legislate on issues such as gambling. The very fact that we are once again literally lynching a Black man on the basis of unjust and inconsistent laws while everyone is cheering for his execution should be a matter of concern for every citizen who still believes in something called constitution and equality for all. Where are the Reverend Twins now?

Now, I am no scholar of law. But, I have placed all my faith in the Constitution that protects my very rights that I am exercising as I plead for an innocent man. In most cases, when laws are found to be inconsistent with other federal laws and constitutional standards, the cases are dismissed by the courts. But, in those cases, the courts rule by logic. In this case, the courts could rule by emotions as PETA puts another mutt from an animal shelter on camera during every available segment and space in the media.

The only thing sexy about PETA and the Humane Society are their ladies who are always more than willing to strip and protest against Animal Cruelty. Any organization that publicly protests against or for something while advocating litigation and legislation to promote their goals could be considered an activist organization by most logical standards. PETA and the Humane Society did not spare even their own brethren at the recent Live Earth concerts by protesting against the hamburgers being served during the event. Let me drift away a little bit. I visited California a month before I moved here for graduate school. At the grocery store I saw something called Boca Burgers. I asked a “fruit loop” standing next to me; what’s a Boca Burger. Oh! It’s a veggie-burger, he replied. I am sorry! According to my last check, anything that does not come with a half- pound freshly-ground beef patty, ripe tomatoes, pickles, topped up with lots of artery-clogging cheese, fails to qualify to be called a burger. Ask the guys at Cheeburger-Cheeburger at Auburn to show you how to make a burger. Coming back to the point, the Animal Huggers show no love for anyone who does not wish to hug animals but may agree on 99 other things. By the way, while the Tree Huggers at Live Earth did not miss the opportunity to fly in private jets and helicopters, their organizers may have been trying to make a point by serving hamburgers because killing cows would reduce the content of methane gas which is a greenhouse gas and is emitted by cows.

I do not wish to make my point that Animal Huggers are loonies because they dared to protest the non-crimes of Michael Vick. I think that Animal Huggers are loonies because their priorities are so misplaced. In these troubled time, human suffering is being ignored by them while they promote animal welfare. Almost all atrocities against human survival are being conducted by some government or the other around the world by the means of legitimate warfare of illegitimate genocide. From all the mistakes of the last century we seemed to have learned nothing. Whether it was Adolf Hitler's concentration camps, or the murder camps run by Khmer Rouge and Che Guevara, we have stepped into the new century by waging wars that have resulted in genocide-quality casualty figures. And, all that PETA and the Human Society can protest about is Michael Vick's treatment of animals. Who is the loony here?

Talking about the non-PETA loonies who claim to be outraged at the suffering the poor pooches because we are a pet loving nation, I want to bring to discussion another unparalleled human suffering that gets dismissed as right-wing extremist propaganda. Until, I moved to San Diego I was unsure about my position on the issue of a woman’s right to choose whether her unborn baby lives or dies. My Libertarian leanings would push me into letting women find an easy resolution for their promiscuity.

Then a few days ago, I was driving by a Planned Parenthood building off the Interstate-8. When I was a child, my family lived near a meat shop. I used to have an eerie feeling every time I passed by the shop when I heard the whining chickens. For the first time in twenty years, that eerie feeling revisited me. For some reason, I have been having sleepless nights. The chickens at the meat shop at least had an opportunity to express their displeasure. What about the protests of the kids that lay in the dumpster outside the Planned Parenthood building?

Now I am not expressing any subtle support for the loonies who knock off abortion doctors and firebomb abortion clinics. But, the suffering of the 126,000 lives that are extinguished every day is a story that deserves to be told, but fails to find any place in the protests of the Animal Huggers. I do not wish to turn this discussion into an abortion debate. But, I just cannot comprehend how people, activist organizations and the media have the time to discuss and protest an issue as meritless as dog-fighting and gambling. On the other hand, how can our legal system dispense its time and resources to litigate a case that is based on laws that contradict other federal laws and standards, while we have a government that is running like an out of control beer truck?

If we scratch the surface to look deeper into the people who are leading the charge, we realize these are the same people, who recently brought down Don Imus. Do you see the pattern? They are bringing down a successful man by blackmailing his sponsors and business associates into severing all ties with him. Just like they wanted MSNBC and CBS to fire Don Imus, they want Atlanta Falcons and the NFL to fire Michael Vick. If you do not trust me, turn on Air America now or read the coverage of the case by any left-wing media outlet. The protests have nothing to do with animal cruelty. These are protests against success and the concept of the “American Dream.” These are the same people who go after just anyone who made it in this country, as long as it is not John Edwards getting a 400 hundred dollar haircut because he panders to their socialist seductions.

What Michael Vick allegedly did, was done to Animals that could rightfully be considered his or other participant’s private property. If he caused agony and death to his pet dogs, how is it any different from a butcher who slaughters and sells his cows, chickens or hogs? I don’t believe in any such thing as a humane butcher. When you are about to bleed something to death which would cause eternal suffering to the beast or bird, how can you call it humane? Look at your dinner plate before you feel upset about what Michael Vick allegedly did.

What has become of our government? And how did we let it happen? How did we reach a point in time that our government has found the time and justification to legislate on issues like dog-fighting and cock-fighting? The purpose of the government is not to pass new laws. The purpose of the government was supposed to defend and adhere to the constitution and its bill of rights. America has turned from being a model society to becoming an Orwellian society where the government manages to put a smiley face on its autocratic legislations and tyrannical activities.

If the Federal Judge who will hear the case, and has the least bit of decency and responsibility left within him to adhere to the constitution that he or she swore to protect and uphold, he or she must throw out the case immediately and censure the U.S Attorney who has the temerity to build a case on allegations that violate Michael Vick’s property and constitutional rights and contradicts other established Federal laws and standards. Our society promotes civilized behavior by allowing us the freedom to abstain from activities that may cause suffering of animals. Legislating of human activities that do not cause harm to other humans in our society lacks the capability of improving human behavior. Human behavior cannot be legislated, but may be motivated by the means of a positive message. The positive message here is that if you do not like dog-fighting don’t participate in it. No one is forcing you to pump your Rottweiler with hormones so that he can tear apart your neighbor’s Chihuahua. If Michael Vick did so, that was the choice he was entitled to make. If there is any issue that should be up for litigation, it is not Michael Vick’s alleged activities; but it is the laws and legislations upon which that case against him is based.

Second Amendement Lessons for Americans

I originally wrote the article for LewRockwell.Com but I never heard back from Lew. Anyways! here it is uncut, uncensored in its entirety.

Dear Americans! Stop Taking the Second Amendment for Granted

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

There has been a serious debate in this country over the right to bear arms, which the constitution lays out unambiguously in its Second Amendment. The visionaries who founded this great country of ours had the foresight to grant our citizens the means to protect their loved ones and their worldly possessions in time of need. However, with the advancement of the Socialist Propaganda during the last century, proponents of an empowered state and a powerless populace have muddled the second amendment by attaching to it unnecessary ambiguities. Legislations have been passed, books have been written and documentaries have been produced to rid the Americans of those damn guns. But, opponents and proponents alike must look at this recent court case from India to get a glimpse of things to follow once Americans lose their right to bear arms.

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been sentenced to 6 years of rigorous imprisonment for possessing an AK-56 assault rifle and a 9mm handgun. The actor obtained the firearms through his mob connections after the Mumbai riots of 1993 to protect his family from Hindu and Muslim extremists, since his father is a Hindu and his mother is a Muslim. As the threat towards his family was mitigated, he destroyed the weapons with the help of his associates. However, the police got a wind of this incident and Sanjay Dutt was arrested and charged for the possession of “illegal weapons.”

The concept of protecting ones family does not exist according to the Indian constitution. Only the privileged few with good political connections can manage to get state-authorized firearms. Furthermore, such weapons come with strings attached. To put it in a nutshell, the Indian government does not allow its citizens to bear firearms and expects them to call the Police when under threat.

Until recently when private telecommunication firms flooded the Indian market with cellular phones, an ordinary person was at the mercy of a government telephone monopoly that took ages install a landline which would work only on the days the peacock would spread its feathers. Even if a poor person whose family was being robbed and murdered managed to find a telephone, the odds are high that it won’t be working. Let’s assume that that our man in distress somehow managed to get hold of the Police, what do you think is the average response time of Police in India. With the poor condition of state-maintained roads in India, you would be lucky if the Police would show up in a remotely located village by the next day.

What can people do when their loved ones or their property are under threat? Call the police and wait for them to show up the next day, and give in to the invader’s tyranny for the mean time or gather up the remainder of their dignity, load their guns and defend their domain. Americans must be grateful that their constitution gives them the right to defend their dignity instead of succumbing to a tyrant’s desires.

Six years for defending your family is what a person with all the wealth and connections would get in India. A front-page headline and the society’s honor is what an American would get for exercising his or her constitutional freedom. The right to bear arms is something that our society has been taking for granted as it turns a blind eye towards a state that has been slowly but steadily marching towards a Socialist model where the only people who would be able to defend themselves would be in the Government and its paramilitary forces.

In 1994, the fascist Republocrats in D.C managed to ban certain weapons for the general public and hence allowing the thugs and the gangsters who are not held back by any law or legislation, the access to weapons that good law-abiding citizens would keep their hand off. In 2004, even our conservative Dear Leader George W. Bush promised to sign a renewal of the ban as espoused by the California Liberal Senator Diane Fienstein if it reached his desk. No wonder! our Mr. Passionate Conservative President could not find his “veto pen” for all those years when he approved unconstitutional aggression both domestic and overseas, uncontrolled government spending, illegal oversight of private communication, and operation of illegal overseas detention centers along with god knows what else. Should you be surprised that the guy who did all this to our Republican form of government was more than willing to take away our last means of self-defense? Shove this in Ann Coulter’s face.

The Sanjay Dutt case is an excellent portrayal of things to come once we give up our right to self defense. Once people won’t be able to possess firearms to defend themselves and their loved ones, their possession alone would be a serious felony that would land loving fathers and brothers in jail for several years for upholding their responsibility to defend the ones they love the most.

The people who advocate against private possession of firearms are the same people who advocate for stringent regulation of private enterprise, higher taxes, public education/indoctrination and state-sponsored healthcare etc. Their fellow Marxists like Michael Moore may add ambiguity to the issue by claiming to be a member of the National Rifle Association, but then tell you that the founding fathers wanted you to have a gun so that you can go hunting. Did the founding fathers forget to let you have a fishing rod so that you can go fishing?

The debate on the Second Amendment will go on as long as the last Marxist will roam this land of ours. In the mean time we must not forget that while the Constitution blesses us with the right to defend ourselves and our loved ones against those who invade our domain, its main objective is to grant the American citizenry the right to and the means to defend themselves against a tyrannical government. Do not forget that the Constitution also grants American with the right to abstain from owning a firearm. So, if you agree with Michael Moore that guns are a bad investment unless they are for hunting then you have the Constitutional right to avoid possessing a firearm.

The recent rapes and murders of two daughters and their mother along with the brutal beating of their father in Connecticut will be a common-place event once armed-thugs undeterred by anti-gun laws will have the immunity to enter you home and do this to your family. And if you feel even slightly responsible as Mr. Dutt felt while Muslims and Hindus were slaughtering each other on the streets of Mumbai in 1993, you may end up in prison for several years. The government does not want you to be responsible. The government wants you to dial 911 and wait for 30 minutes for help to arrive, and allow you the strength and agony to watch your loved ones raped, brutalized and murdered right in front of your eyes. The government wants your children to duck under desks as their classrooms are stormed by a lifeless scumbag with semi-automatic handguns. Think America! Think again before you take the Second Amendment for granted.

Iowa Straw Poll Prediction: There are Two Americas

I cannot predict the outcome of the Iowa straw poll like pundits both online and offline are doing. But, I can predict one thing with certainty. The straw poll will certainly bring around the same message that we have been getting after every Republican Presidential Debate: There are two Americas.

No, I am not talking about the two Americas that John "Karl Marx" Edwards switches between his 400 dollar haircuts and campaigning. I am talking about the America that symbolizes the incessant imperialist foreign interventionism and an expanding domestic government and the other America that Ron Paul's campaign stands for. By that I mean the America that wants to remain to the traditions that made this country truly great.

Ron Paul has long stood for an advocated for the ideals as espoused by our founding fathers. The ideals of small government, greater individual liberty and global fraternity. He does not have to get 30 second segments during televised debates to say what his stands for. His more than 30 years of service for our country speaks for him and what he stands for.

One one hand theres an America that is represented by hawks like Rudy McRomney on one hand and Billary Clinton on the other hand. They stand for an America that continues on the current path of domestic and international destruction of liberty and private infrastructure. Frankly, I don't see a difference between Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney. Both sell influence to big business at home and cater to entangling alliances overseas. I can imagine that if Ron Paul wins the Republican nomination (no matter how imaginative it sounds), Rudy McRomney's supporters will go and vote for Hillary Clinton if we assume that she will be the Democratic nominee. Don't trust me? Rewind to the 2004 mid-term elections. Remember all the Republicans in Connecticut voting for a Liberal but hawkish Democrat Joe Liberman who ran as an independent against the Democrat candidate whose name I don't even remember.

The hawks' loyalty lays with whoever commits to commit tyranny at home and bloodshed oversees. Ron Paul's America seeks to roll back the country from such a path of death and destruction and take it back on the path of peace and prosperity where we do not live in fear of people whose autocratic leaders are propped up and supported by us with military and financial aid.

Ron Paul's America will be evident in whatever the straw poll's results will be. No matter how Ron Paul fares in the straw poll, every vote for him will remind us of the America that we left behind long time ago, but Ron Paul's leadership may put us on the path that takes us back to it.

The Fear of the Fag!

Ouch! It hurts to be called a fag. Thats exactly how it feels to be segregated against for being straight. I read this story about Ft. Lauderdale, Fl mayor being chastised by the Gay-community for taking into consideration the majority public sentiments.

The mayor wants single occupancy toilets to reduce incidents of misuse of such public facilities by homosexual people, or for that matter to reduce incident of all sexual acts in a public facility. When more than one person would be unable to occupy a toilet, whether gay or straight, the toilet would fail to serve dual purpose. Who wants to see two mindless people indulging in their lusty pursuits in a public toilet where they walk in with their young child?

I am not going to defend myself by saying "I got gay friends." They are not my friends because they are gay. They are my friends because they are great individuals. And I am very positive that they will oppose any indecent activity in a public arena just like I am trying to, because such are not the signs of a civilized society. There is nothing homophobic about it.

Do whatever you want to do behind drawn curtains. No one cares. And if someone does care its their problem. But, please do not force it down our throats by bringing it to the space that we all share. I am no fan of sodomy. If someday for some reason I do develop an interest in this area I will knock your door and see you perform behind drawn curtains. Till then, stop being paranoid that the right-wing extremists are out there to get you.

"Gun Control," The term says it all!

I called the John Elliot show on Air America last night to give him a 30-second lesson on the Second Amendment. Yes! I listen to Air America. And I love it. These guys are right on the money about civil rights and the constitution as long as it is not the Democrats who are not committing the atrocities.

Anyways, without drifting any further let me tell you what happened. So, John believes that the second Amendment is supposed to preserve our tradition of hunting. Americans love their guns because they love to go hunting every season in their fluorescent jackets and hunting hats. Come on, give me a break.

Even though I give John the credit of correcting himself at the last moment by saying that we may need guns to protect ourselves from the government as we live in troubled times. But, I am unsure how these cheerleaders for the Blue party would react had it been the Clintons who were being tyrannical.

So, I told John that the Second Amendment is about protecting our selves from an abusive government and foreign invaders. And it has nothing to do about hunting. I love the way these guys give a spin to the idea of the Second Amendment. Michael Moore laid the template for how to spin the concept of Gun rights.

I don't have a Gun. But, the first thing that I will do the day I become an American citizen would be to buy a gun. But wait a sec! The oath-taking ceremony is on a Sunday. Damn! Hold on! Walmart Super Centers are open 24/7/365. Cool! But wait! I forgot that I live in California! Damn! f**k it! F****ng Hippies!

How about getting arrested for taking pictures of a house?

The Prime-Minister's house in this case. This dude got arrested and interrogated for taking pictures of the PM's residence. Only those who have personally had any experience or know someone who had the luxury of getting arrested by the police in India know what it really means to be at the mercy of the government's pitbulls. Every moment drips by like a drop of blood.

The question that arises is, what is the government so scared of? Why are they so paranoid that if someone even dares to take a picture of where they live, they take the extreme measures like detaining and interrogating the supposed culprits to make sure that they dont pose any threat.

Threat? Why would someone pose a threat to the government? Thats the question that the government needs to ask itself. I would be scared of a threat if I was doing something wrong. Maybe the government is doing something wrong. Maybe! Hmmm!

Maybe the government is oppressing people. Maybe the government is militarily crushing secessionist movements across the country. Maybe the people is trying to suppress people's wish to find an alternative to what the current form of our govenrment has to offer.

When we agreed to be part of the Republic in 1947, we did not sign a blood pact with New Delhi that we will stick together till death would do us apart. We signed an undestanding that it will be a mutually beneficial relationship dude to which states will be able to maintain a level of autonomy while the Central Government would protect our sovereignty.

However that has failed to happen. People in many parts of India feel betrayed by both the Central and State governments. Instead of protecting our freedoms, the government has become a threat to our freedom. They subject us to their wishes by the means of brutal Para-military forces.

I am not questioning the sovereign integrity of India. I think that the Government puts the soveriegn integrity of India by deploying para-military forces in areas of significant resentment. If we were at any moment in time eqaul partners in this idea called India, then why are we being militarily suppressed instead of sitting around a table and sorting out our differences. Gandhi did so with the British. Unfortunately, all that our government inherited from Gandhi are his pictures that they hang in their offices.

As long as the government does not mend its ways, I think they have a good reason to be paranoid of those vote them to office. We feel betrayed. Give us our freedom or keep arresting us for something as insignificant clicking pictures of where you live.

Congratulations Barry Bonds!

Even though I am not a sports junkie,. the excitement surrounding (both positive and negative) Barry Bond's 756's home run was hard to miss. The humbled up at the field after the historic moment. And the best that the guys at ESPN had to say about it was that Bonds managed to break into a smile briefly while he cherished the moment. Barry Bonds has lived and achieved an all-Ameircan dream of having the hight number of home runs. Just one moment of someone else's dream that was hard to miss for this "Political Junkie."

I do not understand why people are so upset about Bond's admission that he unknowingly used banned performance enhancing substances. Come on! The man had the otpion to keeping it to himself. None of us would have known about it had he not straightened his spine and admitted steroid use unless the MLB busted him in a surprise raid. Give him the credit for being honest to all of us.

Unparalleled fame and prosperity are the reason good sportsmen end up abusing performance enhancing substances under pressure from the performance of other good sportsmen. Its is a bloody world out there. People get thrown on therailway tracks every moment for not being the best. Sportsmen are being pushed into a corner to take the aid of banned substances or lay down their cards and try something else; maybe something like selling shoes at a Sears store.

Barry Bonds has achieved a feat the no one has achieved. His steroid use is at the best unclear. If he ever did consume steroids, he seems to have done so unknowingly. He had all the reason in the world to never tell the world about his blunder. Had he never admitted his steroid use, the world would be looking for some other reason to show their disapproval for this guy who needs to fix his attitude.

Once again, Great Job Barry!

You did your job; now shut the F**K up!

Read this: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Prosecutor_opposes_campaign_in_support_of_Dutt/articleshow/2257225.cms

I have already expressed my disappointment with the harsh verdict handed out to Sanjay Dutt for being a man and trying to protect his family in times of crisis. You may disagree with me all you want. You have the right to disagree with what I believe just like I have the right to disagree with you. We can assume that it is fair and democratic to allow people to have opinions without any fear of persecution.

But, I feel that it is anti-democratic for a government to come up with laws and legislation that restrict the options for the common man. If a common man does not trust the security provided by the Police then he or she should have the right to assume the responsibility to protect himself or herself. And if that requires possession of firearms, that let it be.

However, unfair the law, I also believe that it is the responsibility of the judiciary to judge the innocence of anyone and that includes Sanjay Dutt. And for whatever reasons the Judge found him guilty. This may have put a feather in Prosecutor Nikam's cap and qualified him for a bigger opportunity in the future, but this incident has also destroyed the life of an individual who tried to protect the family and the lives of thousands of other's whose employments are connected with Sanjay Dutt.

Now that Prosecutor Nikam has done his job, let justice take its course, and let Sanjay Dutt explore his other options. But, my acerbity comes as a result of Prosecutor Nikam's threatening legal action against those who may indulge in a signature campaign to help Sanjay Dutt out of prison. The ball stops rolling when Mr. Nikam equates any such activity with contempt of court. Who the F**K does Mr. Nikam think he is? It is not up to a prosecutor to determine what could be considered as contempt of court. It is up to the Judge who decided for Sanjay Dutt to decide what would amount to be a contempt of his court.

Prosecutor Nikam seems to be taking too long to recover from the high of his court victory. I believe that he should consider himself fortunate to have received such a juicy case. A case that he was destined to win as all the evidence proved that Sanjay Dutt broke the Arms Act. A case that was destined to have ended with a conviction. A case that got Prosecutor Nikam all the publicity for free. Next time they will be looking for High Court or maybe even Supreme Court judges, a name might come into consideration. And that could be Prosecutor Nikam's name.

Now that prosecutor Nikam has achieved career mileage points, I think he needs to stop devouring the carcass of the case and let the people express openly what they believe in. Honestly, Sanjay Dutt's being in Jail is not going to help anyone. His early release on the contrary may help thousands of those who livelihood depends on him. I rather let a person who once possessed guns to be on the streets, than have unemployed citizens off the street because they are out of work

I feel sorrry for this "Independent Woman!"

I read this sad story about a woman whose children died in the car while she worked overtime to provide for them. She took the kids with her to work and left them in the car after her babysitter failed to show up. The children died in a car that became hot as an oven in a sweltering South Carolina sun.

The first thought that came to my mind was, where was/were the father/s of the the children. The poor woman will be prosecuted by the State of South Carolina for neglecting her children and covering up their death among other things. But, if there is someone who should be prosecuted by the State to the most extreme possible extent, is/are the father/s of the deceased children.

What kind of a man leaves his seed in a woman whom he pretended to be in love with and walks off leaving the poor woman to work double shifts and the kids to die in a glasshouse on a hot summer day? I remember Bill Cosby raised this issue of children in the Black community growing up without their fathers and the bad upbringing that comes as a result. But, he was dismissed by the loudmouths at the left-leaning Black militant groups of being so insensitive and disconnected from reality.

And here we are as witness to the problem that plagues the Black community and to a great extent even the White community in America. The father/s of the children should be held responsible for abandoning his/their children along with his/their responsibilities. I want these pests to be apprehended, charged and tried for child neglect and the resulting deaths. i want these men to be made of examples of every other promiscuous man with two testicles to see what lays ahead of them if they do not change their way of life and start assuming their responsibilities as men.

My opinion may cause the feminazis to cheer. But hold your guns. All I am calling for is the revival of a civilized society that is governed by morals and defined by ethics. A society where men don't leave their children to die in car. A society where women are not forced to assume financial responsibilities in addition to the domestic ones they would have preferred to bother about. Is it too much I am asking for?

My Response in Support Of the Glasgow Bomber's grieving Family

I feel sorry for the family. What did they do to deserve such shame. usually children strive to make their children proud. What was Kafeel thinking when he fell for this Mujahideen crap? Even worse, what was he thinking as he was driving the SUV towards the Glasgow airport. For once did he think what his family will have to live with in case he died doing what he was about to do. My eyes have swollen up as I think of this lad's family. I can relate to them. I have a widowed mother and old grandparents back home who has very high expectations from my brother and me. I work 16 hour days to fulfil their expectations. And I am not the only one. I am the face of millions of youth who left home to make their parents proud. And I wonder what Kafeel left behind for his parents. I think It would be desirable of us as members of one big family that we proudly call India, to lend our shoulder to Kafeel's family to grieve on. We need to stand by them in such a testing moment in their lives. Their son may have been a matter of shame for them, but our nation should give them every other reason to be proud of.

I am testing the idea of starting a blog

I have been thinking of having a blog for a while now. It is a more interactive forum. This way visitors to my website and my readers can more directly and openly express what they feel baout what I have to say.

Please visit my website www.sumitdahiya.com and see if you can find something that I said that you want to rant about.
